The terms of entering Hypergate.

Agreement, companies, and eligibility

By creating an account, purchasing access, or using Hypergate, you enter a binding agreement with The Leo King, Inc. and 12th House Media, Inc. (together, "Hypergate," "we," "us," or "our") and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The Leo King, Inc. operates the web service and may be the merchant for web purchases. 12th House Media, Inc. may publish the mobile applications and be the merchant identified for store purchases. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 and legally able to form this agreement. Keep your account secure and provide accurate information for any chart you ask Hypergate to calculate.

Your account

One person may not use another person's account or bypass account, entitlement, geographic, age, or usage controls. You are responsible for activity under your credentials until you notify us of suspected compromise. Account identity is bound to verified provider identifiers, not to an unverified email match. You must keep your contact and billing information accurate and may not sell, rent, or transfer the account.

What Hypergate provides

Hypergate provides astrology calculations, AI-assisted interpretations, educational material, saved-chart tools, private memory controls, community features, and related media experiences. Some features depend on third-party providers and may vary by plan, device, region, or technical availability. Astrology and AI outputs can be incomplete or mistaken. A forecast describes symbolic timing and possibilities; it does not guarantee an event or result. Verify important facts and use your own judgment.

AI outputs and astrology results

AI output is probabilistic and may be incomplete, repetitive, unexpected, or wrong. Astrology calculations depend on the birth inputs, timing, location, house system, ephemeris, provider data, and technique requested. You must review those inputs and independently evaluate an output before relying on, publishing, or sharing it. We do not promise that an output is unique, copyrightable, non-infringing, or fit for a particular purpose. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, we do not claim ownership of output generated specifically for your private use.

Not professional advice

Hypergate does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, emergency, or other licensed professional advice. Do not use an astrological reading as the sole basis for a high-stakes decision or as a substitute for qualified care. Hypergate is not an emergency service. Contact emergency services or an appropriate professional when a situation requires immediate or licensed help.

Memberships and HyperTokens

Paid memberships automatically renew for the period and price shown at purchase until cancelled. The purchase screen identifies the included HyperTokens, voice time, images, chart storage, taxes, and renewal date. Membership allowances reset when the verified billing period advances and do not roll over. Separately purchased HyperToken packs remain in the account until used, refunded, reversed, or the service or account ends, subject to applicable law. HyperTokens are non-transferable service-use units with no cash value and are not cryptocurrency.

The HyperToken cost is shown before a request is sent. Hypergate reserves usage before processing and finalizes it only after useful output is durably recorded. A refusal or verified pre-generation failure releases the reservation; replay and retry do not intentionally double-charge. Complex readings, additional charts, more techniques, voice, and images may use separate allowances or higher disclosed amounts.

Billing, cancellation, and refunds

Web purchases are processed by Stripe for The Leo King, Inc. Purchases made through Apple or Google may be offered by 12th House Media, Inc. and are billed by the merchant and store shown in that purchase flow. Store terms also apply. You authorize the applicable provider to charge the disclosed amount, recurring renewal, and taxes. Prices or plan benefits may change prospectively only with the notice and consent required by law and the billing provider.

Cancel a web membership through the Hypergate billing portal. Cancel a store membership through the store account that made the purchase. Cancellation stops future renewal but normally preserves paid access through the current period and does not retroactively erase completed usage. Deleting Hypergate does not cancel a store subscription. Refunds are handled by the original payment provider under applicable law and the terms displayed at purchase. Except where law or the governing marketplace requires otherwise, completed or consumed digital services and HyperTokens are non-refundable. Chargebacks, refunds, and disputes may reverse associated HyperTokens or entitlements without creating a negative balance.

Trials, promotions, and taxes

A trial or promotional offer applies only on the terms presented with it and may be limited by account, payment method, region, or time. If a trial converts to a paid renewal, the conversion date and price must be disclosed before enrollment. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless the payment provider collects them. We may correct an obvious pricing or catalog error before fulfilling a transaction and will not substitute a materially different paid offer without consent.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Hypergate, defeat access or usage controls, probe another person's account, upload unlawful material, harass, threaten, defame, discriminate against, stalk, deceive, exploit, or invade the privacy of another person; automate abusive traffic; introduce malicious code; reverse engineer restricted services; build or train a competing service from protected Hypergate material; or use the product to facilitate fraud, abuse, violence, self-harm, illegal activity, or an automated high-impact decision about another person. You may not submit sexual content involving a minor, non-consensual intimate imagery, or material you do not have the right to submit. We may limit or suspend access when needed to protect customers, the service, or legal obligations.

Your content and permission to process it

You retain rights you hold in the content you submit. You grant Hypergate and its service providers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, analyze, transform, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, troubleshoot, and improve the Services, comply with law, and enforce these Terms. If you deliberately publish community content, you also authorize us to make it available to the selected audience until it is removed, subject to necessary safety, legal, and backup retention. Do not submit content you lack permission to use.

Community rules

Community profiles, posts, comments, and images must not be unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, deceptive, privacy-invasive, infringing, spam, or abusive. Do not publish another person's birth data, private chart, messages, or sensitive information without permission. Hypergate may filter, review, limit, remove, or preserve reported content and may suspend accounts to enforce these rules or legal obligations. Users can report content and block or avoid unwanted interaction through available controls. Moderation does not make Hypergate the author or endorser of user content.

Hypergate intellectual property

Hypergate, The Leo King materials, software, interfaces, visual systems, training and interpretation materials, trademarks, and service content are owned by or licensed to The Leo King, Inc. and/or 12th House Media, Inc. Except for the limited right to use the service for its intended purpose, these Terms do not transfer ownership. You may not copy, sell, republish, scrape, train a competing model on, or create a substitute service from protected Hypergate materials except where law expressly permits it.

Third-party services and app stores

Identity, hosting, calculation, AI, payment, storage, and mobile-store providers may supply part of the service under their own terms. We are responsible for Hypergate, not for an independent provider's service or policy. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms merely because their stores distribute the app. If a store term conflicts with these terms for a store purchase, the mandatory store term controls that purchase.

An iOS app is licensed, not sold. Unless a custom end-user license is presented in the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the iOS app. Apple is not responsible for Hypergate support, warranties, product claims, privacy claims, or intellectual-property claims. You must also comply with applicable App Store usage rules and third-party terms.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Hypergate available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or a particular outcome. A feature may be limited when a provider, calculation source, entitlement, security control, or platform requirement is unavailable. Material changes to these terms will be presented with an updated effective date and any notice required by law.

Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HYPERGATE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT A CALCULATION, INTERPRETATION, FORECAST, AI OUTPUT, COMMUNITY POST, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, COMPLETE, AVAILABLE, OR PRODUCE A PARTICULAR RESULT. RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE DISCLAIMED REMAIN IN EFFECT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LEO KING, INC., 12TH HOUSE MEDIA, INC., AND THEIR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR USE; EMOTIONAL DISTRESS; OR LOSS ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON A READING. THEIR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM HYPERGATE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT. THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY WHERE LAW PROHIBITS THEM.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for your decisions, submitted content, account security, and compliance with law. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify The Leo King, Inc., 12th House Media, Inc., and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and providers from third-party claims caused by your unlawful content, infringement, fraud, abuse of the service, or material breach of these Terms. This does not require you to indemnify us for our own unlawful conduct.

Account termination and data rights

You may stop using Hypergate and request account deletion through the account privacy controls. We may terminate access for material breach, fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, or serious security risk. Sections that must logically survive termination—including payment records, intellectual property, disclaimers, and dispute provisions—continue to apply.

Copyright complaints

A copyright owner or authorized agent may send a notice identifying the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and its exact location, contact information, a good-faith statement, a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and authorized, and a physical or electronic signature to the contact below. We may remove material and terminate repeat infringers where appropriate. Knowingly material misrepresentations in a notice may create liability.

Informal resolution, arbitration, and class-action waiver

Please read this section carefully. It affects your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Before filing a claim, the complaining party must send written notice describing the dispute and requested relief to the contact below and allow 30 days for good-faith informal resolution.

Except for an individual small-claims case, a request for public injunctive relief where applicable law requires court review, or an action to protect intellectual property or prevent unauthorized access, a dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved by individual binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act and the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules before one arbitrator. Arbitration may occur by video, telephone, written submissions, or in Orange County, California, consistent with applicable consumer law. Claims may not be arbitrated on a class, collective, consolidated, or representative basis. If that waiver is unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim proceeds in court and the remaining claims remain in arbitration.

You may opt out of arbitration by emailing customersupport@hypergate.ai with the subject "Hypergate Arbitration Opt-Out" within 30 days after first accepting these Terms. Include your name, account email, and an unambiguous opt-out request.

Governing law and venue

The Federal Arbitration Act governs the arbitration section. Otherwise, California law governs without regard to conflict-of-law principles. A dispute not subject to arbitration must be brought in a state or federal court located in Orange County, California, except where applicable consumer law requires another forum. Mandatory local consumer rights are not waived.

General terms

If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. Our failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without written permission; we may assign them as part of a lawful reorganization, financing, or sale that preserves applicable customer rights. Events beyond reasonable control may delay service. These terms, the Privacy Policy, and purchase-specific terms presented to you form the agreement for Hypergate.
